Join me in my training camps for an in depth look into specific body parts, movements and training methodologies.

For body part specific training camps, I’ll be taking you through 3 full workouts dissecting the target muscle group in detail. I’ll also be covering off on pre-activation drills, joint prep as well as lectures on program design and exercise selection. You’ll experience first hand several different styles of training, exercises and workouts designed to stimulate optimal contractions and muscle growth.
