A1. Deadlifts – 6-8 Reps – incrementing weight up across as many sets as needed

B1. Mag Grip Pulldowns – 15-20 reps
B2. Snatch Grip Pendlay Rows – 10 reps

5 rounds of –
C1. Supported Dumbbell Rows 10 reps
C2. Seated Cable Rows – 10 reps
C3. Eagle Rows – 10 reps
